Alternativa Antimilitarista - MOC from Spain blockaded North Gate in an alternative way today, 17 March 2007: as they were covered in paint the yellow jackets didn't really know how to deal with them at first.

The things people do in the name of nuclear disarmament... Spanish Alternativa Antimilitarista (in red) blockaded Faslane today, Strathclyde Police (in white) tried to deal with it. The stuff these guys will have seen before 365 is over and Trident disarmed - oh boy.

Suddenly, what seems like the second wave of activists in white suits, arrive and people are cheering since this means more blockaders and more paint! They were however only the police who had dressed in white paper suits in order to carry the red people away, without making too much of a mess of themselves.

Spanish Alternativa Antimilitarista - MOC poured red piant over themselves and then walked up to the gate, hugged each other and started dancing. The gate was quickly closed and stayed so for about 40 minutes before the painters were arrested and charged with Breach of the Peace.
